At the time of sale Team Lamontagne made the process easy through their experience by already having qualified and experienced subcontractors ready to perform the necessary legal and investigative work (i.e. Inspections, appraisal, loan application). When we finally found our dream home which happened to be in the middle of a short sale, Matt and Gena went to work and jumped through all the extra hoops that it entails. You hear a lot of long drawn out short sales but not this one. We were signed and moved in under 40 days. While all that was going on they sold our house as well in perfect time. They have a great feel for the market and bring this knowledge in all aspects of this process. We wont be moving for a long time but when that time comes they will be our first call. thanks guys!
